KOTA 2023 Annual Conference

Call For Papers

KOTA appreciates your interest and participation in our most recent call for papers for the 2023 annual conference. The conference will be September 14–16 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Lawrence. We are also offering virtual sessions September 11–13, which will be in the evenings (times pending). We aim to offer a variety of topics, with an emphasis on techniques and evidence that practitioners and educators can use when they return to work. We are seeking sessions that will incorporate both lecture and hands-on formats. We are also seeking to fill sessions with topics that will fit different practice areas and populations.

Education sessions range from 1 to 2 hours in length, and courses can use 1 or 2 time slots as needed. Please indicate on the application form the total amount of time needed for your session. The completed application must be submitted no later than March 31, 2023, to Amy Adamson at amyadamsonot@gmail.com. Please note that sessions may be filled before the deadline. The conference planning committee will review all proposals submitted for educational sessions. Applicants will be informed by e-mail at the end of April or sooner whether the proposal was accepted.
