Call For Posters
Why Present a Poster?
Poster presentations provide an opportunity to showcase research or professional content relevant to occupational therapy practice and engage in meaningful discussion with conference attendees. Presenters are expected to remain with their posters during their assigned session. Specific poster session dates and times will be announced closer to the conference.
Presenter Information Poster presenters are eligible to earn CEU credit for their presentation and participation in the conference. Complimentary conference registration is not included.
Proposal Requirements
Submissions must include:
- Topic
- Title
- Names and credentials of all presenters
Poster Guidelines

Size: 4 feet high by 8 feet wide

Posters should follow AOTA guidelines for layout and formatting

Posters should be printed on lightweight, flexible poster paper

Do not mount posters on foam board, heavy backing, or framed materials
Final display instructions will be sent to accepted presenters prior to printing. At that time, KOTA will provide specific guidance based on the venue setup (such as wall mounting or easel display). Presenters are responsible for bringing their completed poster to the conference.
